Following is a list of frequently-asked-questions:
Question: I have just butchered my prime pig.  Will you cook it for us?
Answer For many reasons, we  buy the meat:  quality, control, weight, uniformity.
Question: Do you supply coverings for the event?
Answer Cooking is our focus.  If you need assistance with other event items, we will make recommendations when we can. 
Question: How far will you travel to do your hog roasting?
Answer We will work hard to earn your business.  Each situation has to be assessed with respect to our current schedule and location. 
Question: Can you cook two kinds of meat such as pulled pork and baby back ribs?
Answer We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.  Combinations that use the same cooking source are obviously the most economical route. 
Question: Will certain circumstances allow us to get the non-refundable deposit back?
Answer Your deposit schedules your event on our calendar making it unavailable to others.  If we rebook, it is easier to return your deposit, so give us plenty of advanced notice of the cancellation.  For administrative reasons, there will be a rebooking or cancellation fee.
Question:  Will you rent your cooking equipment?
Answer Our  cooking equipment comes with a cook.
